Auction Rules

• You must be at least 18 years old to bid on any vehicle.
• It is a raise your hand basis for bidding
• You must leave a non-refundable $300 cash deposit for each vehicle you become the successful bidder on which is then taken off the balance.
• There is a $100 buyer fee on each vehicle purchased.
• You will pay Secretary of State Fees.
• There is a $50 processing fee on each vehicle purchased.
• All vehicles purchased must be paid for and removed by the first Wednesday following the auction no later than 4:30PM.
• Any vehicle not paid for or removed by Wednesday will be subject to a $50 fee.
• Vehicles not picked up by Friday noon will be re-auctioned and your deposit is lost.
• Vehicles are sold “AS-IS” with no warranty.
• All sales are final.
